Omega 3 acids inhibit skin aging processes; preserving collagen which is the elastic basis of the skin, necessary for its elasticity and absence of wrinkles. The deficiency of omega 6 causes dryness and increases chances for emergence of skin defects. Omega 9 acids support dermal barrier function; preserve moisture in the epidermis; increase skin elasticity.
